Some time ago, the Jack Daniel Distillery set aside a limited number of barrels of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey for personal ownership in the United States.

When we started bottling Jack Daniel's Single Barrel, we thought a few whiskey connoisseurs and Jack Daniel's aficionados might be interested in purchasing an entire barrel for themselves. Imagine our surprise when more than 20 times the number of barrels we'd originally set aside quickly found a home. Shops, bars and restaurants, companies, and even a good number of individuals decided they wanted a personal barrel of whiskey specially selected for them by our master distiller, Jeff Arnett.
